CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY

Every custom seat commission includes a 48-hour grace window from the moment of order placement. During these first 48 hours, you may:

• Cancel for a Full Refund: Cancel your commission for a 100% refund with zero deduction.
• Modify Build Specifications: Change your stitch pattern, thread color, foam contour, or technical vegan leather finish with zero workshop admin fees (any applicable price difference for paid add-ons, such as gel inserts or pillion cowls, will be billed or credited accordingly).

Once the 48-hour grace window closes, your build is locked into our production schedule, raw technical vegan leathers are cut, and high-density polyurethane foam cores are profiled to your motorcycle’s specific chassis dimensions.

• 30% Commission Breakage Fee: Cancellations requested after 48 hours—and prior to final build completion—incur a 30% Commission Breakage Fee (70% refund). This fee covers allocated raw materials and dedicated bench labor that cannot be restocked as standard inventory.
• Final Cutoff (No Cancellations After Proofing): Once your seat has completed fabrication and entered Pre-Dispatch Digital Proofing (or has been handed over to the courier), the build is 100% complete and can no longer be cancelled.

Requests to alter vegan leather selection, stitch geometry, or foam contours after the 48-hour grace period has closed are subject to a rework surcharge based on the build's current fabrication stage. Once upholstery stitching and pan-wrapping are completed, core foam geometry and stitch patterns cannot be altered without commissioning a full rebuild.

Approved refunds and partial settlements are initiated by Saddle Crafts within 3 to 4 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or international banking network, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
