Customer Service
Every Saddle Crafts seat leaves our facility in reinforced, multi-stage protective crating engineered for global air freight. Packaging incorporates dense edge and corner guards, internal protective wrapping, and heavy double-wall corrugated crating built to guard against impact, moisture, and cargo compression.
Consignees must inspect the exterior crating and seat immediately upon carrier delivery. Because international and domestic couriers enforce strict claim windows, any damage sustained during carrier transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation:
Buyers are responsible for accepting delivery and settling any applicable destination customs duties, import taxes, or carrier clearance fees. Refusal to pay assessed customs charges, failure to provide requested clearance details, or leaving a parcel unclaimed does not qualify for an order cancellation or refund. If a shipment is returned to origin (RTO), original outbound shipping costs are forfeited, and any return freight, storage fees, or customs re-entry charges billed back to Saddle Crafts must be settled prior to re-dispatch or deducted from any agreed resolution.
