If you receive a damaged product or encounter installation issues, you may request a return within 7 business days from the delivery date.
Returns will only be accepted for damage-related or installation-related issues. Incorrect orders and changes in preference will not be considered.
Please note that color differences may occur in product images on our website due to lighting effects.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive the returned package at our warehouse.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customized Seat Covers are subject to a 20% restocking/return charge.
Customized Seats are subject to a 25% restocking/return charge.
Return requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for returned products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

Due to high shipping costs, Saddle Crafts maintains a no-return policy for international orders. However, if your items arrive damaged or you encounter installation issues, please contact our customer care team immediately.
We are dedicated to assisting you and will strive to find an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or partial refund, depending on the specific circumstances.

Saddle Crafts provides four-layer packaging for all orders to minimize the risk of damage. However, we cannot accept responsibility for damages occurring during international shipping.
We recommend inspecting packages upon arrival and documenting any damage with photographs. Customers are responsible for filing claims with the shipping carrier. Saddle Crafts will assist with any necessary documentation.

Customized orders must be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order.
After 48 hours, a 25% cancellation fee applies.
Non-customized orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, a 20% cancellation fee applies.
Saddle Crafts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Additional verification may be required before an order is accepted.
If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the amount will be reversed to your account within 3–4 business days.
All order modifications must be requested within 48 hours of placing the order. Any modification requested after this period will incur a 25%–30% modification fee, depending on the product.
Please ensure that your phone number and delivery address are correct and reachable.
If an order is returned (RTO) due to incorrect details, an incomplete address, or customer unavailability, the reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
