Subject to this Agreement, we will supply the products specified in your order confirmation.

We will make reasonable efforts to meet the stated delivery timeframes. However, we cannot guarantee that delivery timeframes will always be met.

• 1. Delivery Information: If non-delivery occurs due to an error on your part, such as an incorrect name, address, or other information, you will bear any additional costs incurred by Saddle Crafts for redelivery.

If any information is found to be wholly or partially incorrect, Saddle Crafts reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject your registration and prevent you from using its services and/or affiliated websites without prior notice.
• 4. Transaction Risk: You access and use the services available on the Website and conduct transactions at your own risk. You are responsible for exercising your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through the Website.
• 5. Correct Address: The address provided for delivery of the ordered product must be correct and complete in all respects.

2. Website Content and Code: You may not modify or copy the layout or appearance of the Website, or any computer software or code contained on the Website. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover or access any source code related to the Website.

10.1 Orders

When placing an order with Saddle Crafts, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, incorrect product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.

10.2 Order Modifications

All order modification requests must be submitted within 48 hours of placing the order.

Any modification requested after this period will incur a 20% modification fee.

10.3 Shipping and Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Orders

Please ensure that your phone number and delivery address are correct and that you are reachable.

If an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to incorrect details or unavailability, the customer will bear the reshipping charges.

10.4 Cancellation Policy

Customized Orders:

• Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of placing the order.
• Cancellations requested after 48 hours will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

Non-Customized Orders (Accessories / Tank Bags):

• Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Cancellations requested after 24 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

10.5 Return and Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted only for damaged products or installation issues.
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.
• Incorrect orders or changes in preference will not be eligible for return.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, in unused condition, and with no visible damage.

10.6 Restocking Policy for Customized Orders

Customized Seat Covers are subject to a 20% restocking/return charge.

Customized Seats are subject to a 25% restocking/return charge.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We take reasonable measures to minimise the likelihood of such charges. However, these fees are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond our control.

In most cases, customers do not incur additional costs, as shipments are typically declared as gifts. However, this does not guarantee exemption from customs charges. If applicable, such fees are generally minimal.

By placing an order, you agree to bear any applicable duties or taxes that may arise upon delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saddle Crafts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, India.
